Management Team

John Letts - Owner/Founder.  John founded iTennis in 1998 as an intensive tennis training program based out of a single court and pro shop in Santa Monica, iTennis has grown into a large and successful tennis management and instructional company with gross sales of over $1 million annually.  John was a former Stanford All-American and ATP tour player before going on to law school at Northwestern School of Law.  He graduated cum laude in 1994 and practiced intellectual property law for four years in Chicago before returning to California to found iTennis in 1998. Sam Cover - Administrative Director.  As the iTennis management director, Sam oversees iTennis operations and logistics, primarily at the Arroyo Seco Racquet Club (South Pasadena) location.  Sam has more than 15 years experience in the sports and recreation business having most recently served at a Summer Camp director for Catalina Island Camps.  She received here B.A. from Clemson University and a masters in Recreation Management from Indiana University.  Sam is responsible for the training and management of iTennis administrative staff including front desk and maintenance staff at the Arroyo Seco Racquet Club.
Brian Teacher -– Co-Owner Andulka Park and iTennis Professional Trainer.  A Grand Slam Champion (Australian Open 1980), Teacher had a long successful career on the ATP tour reaching a career high #7 in the world in singles.  As a coach he led Greg Rusedski from 85 in the world to the top 10 and the U.S. Open finals.  He also coached So Cal native Marissa Irvin to a Stanford scholarship and a top 50 in the world WTA ranking.  He joined iTennis as a joint venturer at their Riverside location providing overall program quality control. Uran Wu - Director of Operations.  Uran heads up iTennis programming for the City of Pasadena.

Marilyn McDonald- iTennis Financial Director.  Marilyn oversees bookkeeping, tax issues, and insurance issues.  Genya Trosman -– Director of Tennis, Arroyo  Genya is a 25 year teaching veteran who has served in many facets of the teaching profession from teaching professional to pro shop manager to Director of Tennis.  Genya joined iTennis as the Director of Tennis for the Rose Bowl Tennis location in 2004.  Prior to that Genya was the Director of Tennis for the Calamacas Tennis Club in Portland, Oregon. Genya oversees the iTennis teaching program, hiring and training of new professionals and ensuring the highest level of quality control for all iTennis pros.
